Providence Continuing Care Centre (PCCC) offers specialized care and resources for older people with complex health needs, their caregivers, and health professionals in Southeastern Ontario. Specialized Geriatric Services are based at St. Mary’s of the Lake Hospital site and provided by the Southeastern Regional Geriatric Program (SERGP) and the Division of Geriatric Medicine, Queen’s University
The Division of Geriatrics offers a full spectrum of comprehensive geriatric assessments for patients in Southeastern Ontario. Although referrals are accepted from non-physicians, the prospective patient's family physician will be contacted and involved.
